Shipping Information

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the continental USA and selected territories. Any international orders, (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories) will incur additional shipping and handling charges.

Shipping Address

Please note: we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical ship to address. 

Delivery Times

Orders confirmed and paid will normally be processed and dispatched the next working day (Mon – Fri).

Orders placed on weekends and/or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For Standard Shipping deliveries, please allow 2-8 business days approx. (Delivery to Rural Addresses normally takes an extra 2-5 days).

All orders are shipped using Track and Trace and require a signature upon delivery (unless authority to leave has been given to the freight company prior to delivery).

Orders paid for by credit card are securely processed when your order is shipped.

We cannot delay or hold dispatch of completed orders.

We use a third-party logistics agent to deliver orders; therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day or time. You may be contacted by the delivery service and may be able to make arrangements directly with it.

60uP™ Balance Board™ Delivery

All Products are delivered securely to your exterior doorstep only, by courier and/or third party transport. Delivery beyond the exterior doorstep is at the discretion of the delivery service and is not guaranteed. Before signing the delivery docket, inspect your goods for signs of any damaged packaging. Write details of any damage on the delivery docket, then sign it.

You MUST notify us within 24 hours of any internal or external damages to your goods. Contact our Customer Service Team by email at customerservice@60uP.com or by telephone at 800-481-6087.

Assembly is not included.

Rural Deliveries

NOTE: Delivery to rural addresses normally takes extra 2-5 days.

Please review your order carefully as we cannot make changes after it has been invoiced and shipped. All orders will be shipped at your cost. Please note rural deliveries may incur a freight charge. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service team by email at customerservice@60uP.com
